This flight includes selections from world-class Kurobuta Pork and American Wagyu collections—classic chops and steaks that will allow you to build delicious menus throughout the holiday season.

For best results, place the steaks or chops in a pan or dish and allow them to thaw over the course of 24 to 48-hours in your refrigerator. Season the steaks or chops 3-4 hours in advance to allow the salt to penetrate deeply into the steak or chop, regardless of cooking method.
