Enter Holy Grail's USDA Upper Prime Steaks. Packed with beefy flavor, these are the most tender, succulent, and juicy steaks you can get. These steaks can be found only at the best luxury steakhouses in the country—you won't find it at your local grocery store or butcher. And you won't want to, either!

Ships frozen on dry ice. For best results, place the steaks in a pan or dish and allow them to thaw over the course of 24 to 48-hours in your refrigerator. Season the steaks 3-4 hours in advance to allow the salt to penetrate deeply into the steak, regardless of cooking method.
