While most razors build in allowance for casting and painting, Henson Shaving required and achieved remarkably less than five ten-thousandth of an inch tolerance on critical dimensions during the machining and anodizing process. This ensures that the blade will sit straight every shave. The blade support creates an accurate blade exposure, eliminating any chatter or vibration in the blade.
