Do these run true to size? Are there any zippers or velcro on the pockets?

They are true to size but if you're in between sizes or unsure on size, we recommend sizing up.

There are no zippers. There's a Velcro on the back pocket.

What is the estimated time it takes to dry after exiting the water?

They will take approximately 10 minutes to dry after exiting the water.
