Located in the tropical woodlands of Candepar, Goa, Pumori is handcrafted with an incredible eye for detail in batches of only 200 liters. This small-batch gin was envisaged as an elixir—one born from a rich heritage of botanicals handpicked from across the subcontinent. Christened after Mt. Pumori, the “Daughter of the Everest,” this unique spirit earns its character from a bouquet of Himalayan juniper and a carefully selected melange of Indian botanicals. Each drop is carefully imagined, each botanical purposefully chosen, and each element painstakingly assembled.

Pumori is the embodiment of a dream originally conceived in 2017 and refined over the next 3 years. It began with 8 rich Indian botanicals distilled in a 2 liter handloom still built from the ground up by the founder, Aman Thadani. The original 2 liter still evolved into a 20 liter handcrafted still. Further refinement, recalibration, and scaling up led to the current 200 liter still along with 12 handpicked botanicals foraged from the bountiful landscapes of India. Since its launch, Pumori has won silver at the International Spirits Challenge, London and gold at the New York International Spirts Competition.

Tasting Notes
Adventurous, but comforting. Intriguing, yet incredibly familiar. Pumori introduces itself with fruity notes and floral undertones, along with aromas of citrus and spice. The fresh front paves way for earthy, floral, and herbaceous notes that are rounded off with a long, well-balanced finish.
