This collection includes core flavors from the region, and while all of the salts and seasonings play well together, each one is a stand out all on it’s own.

Greek Tzatziki brings the flavors of the taverna right into your kitchen, and for those who don’t or can’t eat dairy products, this is a lovely way to get all of the flavors of tzatziki without any yogurt. The Taste of Greece is true to it’s name - a deliciously garlic-y, herbaceous homage to the land of aquamarine blue seas and whitewashed homes perched precariously on the hill. Crystalized Honey Sea Salt is the perfect accent to a fruit salad, and sprinkled on gelato after a meal it’s positively divine. Taste Of Tuscany is an all natural, Non-GMO Project verified homage to classic Italian seasonings, this time salt free and bursting with fresh flavors. Smoked Sea Salt lends a wonderful nutty smoked flavor to proteins and veggies, and pairs perfectly with soft cheeses on a charcuterie plate. Rounding out the collection is the 300 pound gorilla: Italian Black Winter Truffle Sea Salt, made with hand-harvested melanosporum truffles from the hills outside Alba.
