Emilie Floege (White SOHO Wood Frame)
Product Description
Emilie Floege by master Gustav Klimt is framed in a white wood SOHO style and is complemented by a museum-quality conservation mat in your choice of color. It was assumed that Emilie, the muse for this painting, was Klimt's lover, however this was never proven. Together they took French lessons, attended the opera, and intermingled their families, all without marrying or publicizing an affair. Neither Emilie nor her family liked this portrait, perhaps uncertain about its mysterious meaning.
