This Raven Cooking Set complete with knife roll features full tang, synthetic POM handles. This set is composed of a medium and large Chef or French knife, carving knife and paring knife. One chef knife is designed longer and thinner like a sashimi knife (noted as the Large Chef/French knife) while the other is shorter but wider, so you can choose which will be better for any given task. Polyoxymethylene handles aid in weight reduction and ensure great durability, hardness, and rigidity. Designed to mince, slice, dice, chop, julienne, cube or crush any of your favorite ingredients with ease and portability in mind, these high carbon cooking blades keep an edge longer than their stainless counterparts, and are very dependable for those precision cuts.
