Dubbed Excelsior, this Damascus 12" Chef Knife features a rounded, two-toned Olive wood handle. Forged with a stick tang and brass bottom, Excelsior also flaunts brass bandings in between cuts of dyed and undyed Olive wood. Designed to mince, slice, dice, chop, julienne, cube or crush any of your favorite ingredients with ease, its high carbon blade keeps an edge longer than it's stainless counterparts, and is very dependable for those precision cuts.

This knife features a lighter design (275 G / 9.8 OZ), perfect for those who prefer lightweight knives. A wonderful addition to any kitchen, this knife features a 7.75" blade with a blade width of 2 inches. The handle is rounded, measuring 3.25" in circumference and ~1" of height and width with 4.625" of length.

It comes with a deluxe knife bag / roll which stores up to 3 knives for easy transport to and from work or relatives' kitchens. The high quality Damascus blend is composed of 1095 High Carbon and 15n20 Nickel blend steels.
