This Full Damascus 12" Chef Knife is a real beauty to look at and use, with its pure Damascus and mosaic pin design. Designed to mince, slice, dice, chop, julienne, cube or crush any of your favorite ingredients with ease, its high carbon blade keeps an edge longer than it's stainless counterparts, and is very dependable for those precision cuts.

This knife features a 15 oz (425G) weight perfect for letting the knife do all the work. This wonderful addition to any kitchen features a 7.25" blade with a blade width of 1.75 inches. The handle is crafted from the same bar of Damascus which the blade is forged from and features a large Mosaic pin.  

The handle boasts a width of a full inch with .375" of thickness, and is 5" in length. Perfect for those who like a firm grip on their knives, and those with larger hands. It comes with a sheath for easy transport to and from work or relatives' kitchens. The high quality Damascus blend is composed of 1095 High Carbon and 15n20 Nickel blend steels.
