The Tahiti folder will remind you of the night sea, and with its Buffalo Horn and Carolina Blue dyed Camel Bone handle, it's no wonder why. Sporting a 3" long blade with a 3.5mm thickness, this blade will easily surpass expectations in the field. Gozen always recommend display purposes as an excellent alternative to field usage, and Tahiti always doubles as a conversation piece or even décor. Also included in this design is a thumb stud for easier opening. The liner lock mechanism is composed of brass, and includes crescent style filework along the entire liner. A brass divider separates the cuts of Carolina Blue colored Camel Bone and Buffalo Horn, and is also adorned with filework. The brass nicely compliments the Damascus patterning, and the Camel Bone is 100% natural and sustainably harvested.

The steels Gozen uses for their Damascus blend are 15n20 (2% nickel blend steel) and 1095 High Carbon Steel (~1% carbon blend steel), and these metals are susceptible to rust like any high carbon blades. However, with proper care this knife will last a lifetime. Every knife ships pre-oiled, with a sheath and care sheet to assist you in caring for your new knife.
