Cyprus is the result of a lot of different customer demands bundled into one liner lock folder. Sporting a dual-sided blade, this knife is also crafted with a blood groove or fullered blade. This allows for some weight reduction and is an aesthetic addition to the piece. With the addition of the fulller to the design, its total weight drops from 240g to 205g, which equates to about an ounce less of carry weight. In response to demands for more patterning on the handle, Gozen has designed this knife to have only a small area of Ebony Wood enclosed in a full Damascus handle. The liner lock design also aids in weight reduction, making this the lightest folder in Gozen's collection. They've even included a thumb stud for easy opening.

This will make an excellent addition to anyone's Damascus or knife collection, for both everyday carry and display purposes. Gozen uses high quality brass for the liner of the knife, as it contrasts nicely to the Damascus. The steels they use for their Damascus blend are 15n20 (2% nickel blend steel) and 1095 High Carbon Steel (~1% carbon blend steel), and are susceptible to rust like any high carbon blades.
