Gorilla Bow Lite is smaller and lighter than Gorilla Bow. Weight is 3lbs vs. 8lbs, bar diameter is 1" vs. 1.5" and overall length is 42" vs. 56". Tension of 110lbs vs. 300lbs. GB Lite is great for sculpting and toning the body.

What amount of weight resistance does the Lite offer?

The standard kit comes with 60#'s in tension (3 bands including 1x10#, 1x20#, 1x30# bands).
