The Home Hand Sanitizer Station is a convenient and eco-friendly, all-in-one hand sanitizer storage system and dispenser. Each cardboard container includes enough USDA E3 rated antimicrobial gel sanitizer for approximately 1,000 uses. Plus it's pH balanced to ensure it is mild on skin.

Unlike pump top and flip cap designs that lose potency over time, this patent-pending, sealed-bag-in-box design ensures the alcohol percentage of the sanitizer remains high. Use the integrated spout to apply it directly on hands or to refill smaller personal hand sanitizer bottles to help reduce plastic waste.

Can it be refilled?

The bag within the box can not be refilled. It's secured so that the alcohol content won't evaporate from the container, so removing the spout to refill the bag is not possible.

Is this sanitizer made with isopropanol alcohol, ethanol alcohol or methanol alcohol? And does it contain the anti-consumption (i.e. anti-drinking) adulterants that cause the product to have a foul odor?

This sanitizer is made with 70% Ethyl-Alcohol. It doesn't have a foul odor to it. This has a mildly rubbing alcohol smell to it since it is 70% alcohol, but the smell is not lingering.
