The Club Table incorporates a strong Claro walnut tabletop and shelf that is infused between 4 Golden Gate side rails. This locally salvaged wood displays an astonishing graft line where an English walnut tree was embedded onto native California walnut rootstocks, exhibiting a marble-like swirl as the two woods intertwine.
100% made in the USA, from the Golden Gate rails to the walnut roots, the artisan style Club Table is aged to perfection.

About the Designer
GGBFC is the brainchild of San Francisco area resident, Richard Bulan. The company creates limited edition artisan furniture from original steel that was placed on the Golden Gate Bridge during its construction in the 1930’s. Richard crafts his designs from sections of pedestrian handrail that was removed during the Bridge’s handrail replacement in 1993. He acquired the handrail in 1994 and has since created and put into limited production a headboard design, nine table designs and two lamp designs.
Richard has been featured in various design shows and publication, including the Dwell on Design show this year.
