Gold Chef 2 offers a full 1500°F for both indoor and outdoor use, so you can cook astounding steaks anywhere, anytime. Inspired by side-fired French rotisserie grills, Gold Chef 2 heats up to full temperature in just about two minutes, saving both time and fuel.
The Gold Chef 2 has four cooking levels with different temperature zones, meaning you can switch out that steak for grilled sausages, vegetables, and more. Grilling with a side-burner makes it a healthier option too as dripping juices won’t flare up, creating hazardous fumes. The exclusive grill basket has a folding mechanism and can be operated single-handedly to make it easy to use. Move it backwards and forwards, adjusting the heat to whatever you need. There’s even a section for your thermometer so you can ensure the steak is cooked perfectly every time.

Can this grill be used inside the house?Yes, it certainly can be used inside.
If used inside the house, won’t it create a lot of smoke and smell especially when cooking fatty cuts like Prime Rib?No, not at all. Excess smoke from traditional grilling is caused when juices from the meat fall onto the heat source. With this product, the heat source is to the side instead of underneath. All the juices simply fall into the drip tray, so excess smoke is kept to a minimum.
What size is the cooking surface?The cooking basket is approximately 7.5" x 10".
Does it rotate automatically or do you turn the grate as you would turn over the steak on a regular grill?You turn it manually, just as you would on a traditional grill.
Is the thermometer included?The thermometer is not included.
How do you get accessories like the cabinet/stand in the video, the conversion kit fittings/couplings? Does the temp. probe come with the grill?The cabinet/stand in the video is still in the prototype stages and is not yet available. Fittings/couplings are standard and can be obtained from most hardware stores or plumbing supply stores. The temperature probe is not included.
Can you supply the adapter to the bigger tank and are there any options?We do not provide the fittings/couplings for use with a standard tank, but they are standard sizes and can be obtained from most hardware stores or plumbing supply stores.
