Can it clean watches?

Yes, it does a great job at cleaning watch bands. It comes with a watch cleaning bridge to keep the head of the watch (the main watch part) out of the water.

Will it work if part of your jewelry is leather?

We would not recommend putting leather in an ultrasonic as it could degrade the leather finish.

Will it work for 220v AC power supply?

These home-use ultrasonic and steam cleaners are 110V so you would not be able to plug it into a 220V outlet.
