Can I use the mini without my cell phone? Can I text between my mini and other cell phones?

Yes- the inReach mini can be used independently of a cell. With a subscription- the inReach can communicate and send/ receive messages from other wireless users.

How much is/are subscriptions?

We have various plans depending on what is best for you. Cancel at anytime plans start at $14.95 a month.
