This is an impressive skull form the Extinct Woolly Rhinoceros. These gigantic beasts of the Ice Age roamed the frozen tundra beginning 36 million years ago and died out around 100,000 years ago. Unlike modern Rhinos, they were covered with a thick layer of fur and wool. They had the largest horns of any rhino. This amazing real skull was found in permafrost in very complete condition. It has restoration on the lower jaw, and zygomatic arch. The horns are replicas and are included to make this an incredible display piece. It comes with a custom stand ready to set up and display.
