One of the core knives of every cook, this 10" Serrated Bread Knife can handle everything from loaves to rolls with ease. The unique low-profile serration pattern reduces tearing on softer bread while easily getting into hearty, crusty rolls, and will remain sharp longer. The K-tip also adds the perfect tool to stab into rolls without tearing. You can even use it to spread butter on fresh bread out of the oven!
All Forge to Table knives are made with 5 layer VG10 Steel, which is more resilient than standard carbon steel, and sharpens with ease for a finer edge. The durability of VG10 steel also prevents dulling and rusting. The "kurouchi", or blacksmith finish, is the signature of their forge in Southeast China. It not only looks good, it adds even more protection against daily wear and tear to ensure you can rely on these knives for years to come.
