Would this work just as efficiently for other devices like laptops and tablets?

BOLT will not work with laptops. If you are looking to charge a tablet, we recommend going with BOLT2 because it has a higher output (2.4A) and a larger capacity battery.

What phones will it work with?

It will work with most phones that charge via USB.

Is it certified by Apple to work with iPhones?

It is not Apple certified. It is ETL certified which is an international certification.

Does it fast charge as Android phones will with the fast charging wall charger?

This is the smaller version which charges at 1A, so it is not fast charging. Charging time depends on which android phone you have.
