Florentine Kitchen Knives's Steak Knives are 120mm/4.5'' long with a 50/50 grind, 2mm thick 12c27 Sandvik steel hardened at 60HRC, fitted with a handle assembled randomly of a mix of brass discs, Kambala, Garapa, Hard Maple and Tauari wood discs and a sand cast and hand polished brass pommel. This incredible combination of woods and metals comes together to make a beautifully multi-colored handle. This Set of 6 allows you to offer one to everyone at the table.
