Florentine Kitchen Knives was founded in 2012 by industrial designer Tomer Botner in the neighborhood of Florentine in south-west Tel-Aviv and is currently operating out of Barcelona, Spain and Benedita, Portugal. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing custom kitchen tools for chefs, restaurants and patrons like you. Among their clients you can find The Jewish museum in Manhattan, The Jane restaurant in Antwerp, Taizu and Mashya restaurants in Tel-Aviv and chef Sergio Herman from Zeeland in Holland.
