The Fissler Profession line of knives was developed for sophisticated customers who adore classic rivet design, reinterpreted. This line of knives feature square forged rivets that are an extension of the tang, and therefore will not loosen over time and are corrosion-resistant. Each handle is injection-molded as one piece from a durable reinforced plastic, and will not loosen over time or detach. These knives are manufactured in Solingen, Germany, and come with a limited lifetime warranty. The Larding Knife is used for cutting onions and herbs, and for larding lean meat and poultry.
