The addition of Bluetooth auto-adjust technology automatically syncs your chosen tank resistance with the console display to ensure accurate data collation for a more efficient workout. Enjoy smart device connectivity compatible with FDF’s FluidRower app for meticulous record keeping and competitive progress tracking. The Apollo Pro V is built to be lightweight and easy to move around—complete with built-in wheels and a compact 22” x 22” footprint when stored vertically. Equipped with a premium ergonomic handle for optimal grip and minimal strain, the Pro V's improved pulley system greatly increases the resistance, tension, and recoil action. The foot board offers a unique heel support system that instantly adjusts to foot size so you can comfortably can row in trainers, sneakers, socks, or bare feet.

Do you have to change the water every time you use it?You do NOT need to change the water, that'd be a pain! During the simple assembly add the water to the tank to the calibration line, we even provide a funnel, and that is all!
