It features a domed interior cooking surface to push fats and juices to the pan's margins, ensuring perfect sears, big flavor, and less fat. Built for the grill, the FINEX 15" Lean Grill Pan features true BBQ-width grill ribs for gorgeous char-grill marks and flavorful crusts on steaks, burgers, chops, seafood, veggies, and more. It's also great for cooking up a batch of perfectly crispy bacon. To reduce the likelihood of smoking, the corners stay cooler (when used on a single burner) and allow grease to pool while you cook.
