This beautiful timepiece is manufactured by recently revived brand with old historic roots dating to 19th century — Cuervo Y Sobrinos. The jewelry brand / retail establishment was founded in Habana, Cuba, in 1882, and became quite popular among watch aficionados of that time. Most of the current models are influenced by famed Cuba's trade-cigars, and in this particular case, the model takes its name after Esplendidos-style cigar.
This fabulous model features mechanical chronograph movement with automatic winding, 33 jewels, Rhodium-plated bridges and main plates, Blued screws, Case numbered. The rectangular-shaped case is crafted in high-polished stainless steel with concave bezel, in three parts.

About the Designer
In 1882 Armando Rio y Cuervo and his brothers assumed the management of a jewelry business in Havana, Cuba, that was established by their uncle Ramón. This is the origin of the name Cuervo y Sobrinos, which means Cuervo and nephews.
