This brand-new Corum Admiral’s Cup Challenger 44 watch possesses a Swiss automatic movement and is driven by Corum’s Caliber CO-753 (Base Caliber ETA 7753) with 27 jewels and a 48-hour power reserve. It is a COSC-certified chronometer. The rugged stainless steel case measures 44 mm in diameter (excluding the crown, protective horns, and lugs) and possesses Corum’s iconic 12-sided hexagonal stainless steel bezel. The magnificent case rests upon a black rubber strap with a stainless steel prong buckle and features a protected screw-down crown, a water resistance to 100 m / 10 atm, and a sapphire crystal exhibition case back.
Beneath the antireflective sapphire crystal there is a bold black-colored dial subtly decorated with 12 nautical flags as hour markers. In addition, there are Arabic numeral minute designations, a white minute track, polished steel SuperLuminova-filled hands, a sweep seconds hand, and a date window at 6 o’clock. The chronograph functions include a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock, a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, and there is a subsidiary seconds subdial at 9 o’clock.
