EVA 2020 Wireless Earphones // Unit-01

A collaboration paying tribute to an iconic cult classic, the EVA 2020 Wireless Earphones are meticulously imbued with references to the world of Evangelion.

The design of the earphone itself, and its matching case, are instantly recognizable as a reference to the unique EVA models. Even the waveform design of the packaging represents the all-important synchronization rate between EVA and pilot. The body number of each EVA is printed on both the earphone body and the case.

In addition, the power and pairing controls also feature original voice guidance, starring operator Maya Ibuki (CV: Miki Nagasawa). These original announcements were newly recorded for these earphones, and can easily be changed between Japanese and English versions.

Thanks to final's renowned and sophisticated audio engineering, the sound quality of these earphones are designed to be sufficiently satisfactory even without equalizer software, and then slightly corrected on only part of the high frequency range caused by Bluetooth®︎ with the equalizer. This achieves a well-balanced sound that combines clear vocals with high resolution and powerful bass.

These earphones include 5 sizes of final's newly-designed TYPE E complete wireless specification earpieces. Most of the general earpieces have a shape that strongly presses the back of the ear canal, which causes pain and tiredness when worn for a long time. The new TYPE E is softly attached to the entrance of the ear canal, so there is almost no foreign sensation. In addition, the axis colors of adjacent sizes are different (alternate dark gray and light gray), making it easier to distinguish between the 5 sizes.
