How often must you wind the watch?

ERA Prometheus Manual version has a power reserve of 32 hours.

We recommend a 3/4 wind to protect the longevity of the mainspring, and so we recommend to wind it to 3/4 power twice a day, so it never runs out of energy. This will also help prevent issues with overwinding.
