Does the artist hand sign the artwork?

Yes, PRIMO signs personally some of the pieces in his collections. Wall Arts are signed on occasions, however all his table sculptures are, since they are limited editions as well.

What type of "hanging hardware" is required for this item?

This artwork does not need any preinstalled hanging system thanks to the medium. This artwork is made of Iron, therefore you can hang it directly from its own frame, using any anchor of your preference that supports its weight.
The pieces on this collection are very light, so a set of EZ Anchors or Molly Bolts will work just fine.
