Embajador Tequila is a family owned and operated brand motivated and inspired by the idea of crafting distinguished tequila. Embajador is produced in small batches with a focus on consistency and quality using only 100% Blue Weber Estate Agaves grown in the Highlands (El Alto) of Jalisco, Mexico. This region in the valley of the Highlands of Jalisco is distinctive for its nutrient rich red clay soil, elevation, cooler climate, and its natural spring water aquifer that runs through the land.

Embajador tequila is two times distilled to preserve the flavor and aroma of the estate grown 100% Blue Weber Agave. In the distillation process there is what is known to as the Heads, Body, and the Tail of the Spirit. Embajador tequila captures only the Body of the Spirit where one finds the most rewarding flavors. This timely step provides Embajador with its crisp, clean, and approachable flavor profile. Embajador's commitment to handcrafted methodology and patience results in quality tequila that is always consistent in aroma, taste, and quality.

In this luminous Platinum Tequila, the first impression of aromas highlights an intense cooked agave followed by citrus fruits of lime, lemon, and grapefruit. There are delicate herbal tones of mint, anise, and sweet savory laurel leaves. The aromas finish with a slight hint of black pepper and a tone of butter. The intense aromas of its grand personality are confirmed on the palate as it passes through. There are tendencies of refreshing citrus flavors and intense cooked agave taste with a slightly sweet finish. Rested in stainless steel stills for 40 days before bottling.

Eloquent and convincing, Embajador Supreme Añejo is double barrel aged in Maker's Mark Bourbon American Oak barrels and Tennessee Whiskey Oak barrels with a higher blend of the Bourbon barrel. An array of sweet cooked agave aromas entice the senses with tones of caramel, vanilla, and coffee in this supreme tequila. Fruit bearing and spice like aromas complete this well-crafted Anejo style. Supreme is a majestic golden tone, full bodied, and velvety smooth with a well balanced taste of agave, vanilla, and spices at the finish.
