Where does it go; around the head or lower shaft?

For the most comfortable sensation wear the rings low down on your shaft. Rings used just below the head will create a very intense sensation. These are a uni-polar accessory so to complete the circuit you will need to use 2 rings or couple up a ring with a pad etc.
