The EKA FishBlade is a combination filet and gutting knife with a unique design, featuring a swingable Sandvik 12C27 stainless blade system. You can use either the 4" fillet blade, or the 2.75" inverse gut hook blade, and easily change them out, while storing the one you're not using inside the handle.
