Egloo is an easy-use, cheap, candle-powered heater. Egloo was conceived to offset the continuous waste of electricity often caused by heating large rooms with traditional heaters, offering instead, a candle-powered way to provide a cheaper and more ecological form of energy.

The base offers a space for the positioning the candles that, once you light them up, will warm the domes. There is a metal grill placed on the base, serving as a support for the domes. It also makes a space to let the air in, necessary for the combustion of the candles. For a well-functioning Egloo only five or six candles are needed. With an average duration of five hours, they are enough to start warming up a room after just five minutes
