If it’s designed in his studio in England then why is it listed from China?

Original designs and master carving is done in Matts U.K. Studio. Once finished, the original master carving is sent to China to be perfectly replicated and produced. The only piece that is actually produced in England is the original master carving.

Are these pictures of the originals or the reproductions?

They are pictures of the reproductions.

Outdoor friendly? Will it damage or fade if in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time?

The Edge Sculpture pieces are not UV protected and are recommended for indoor use only.
