Touch of Modern is first to introduce the new Hexagon Chef Knife Series from Edge of Belgravia. The series has not yet been officially launched. This is a uniquely pioneering offer. The new Hexagon Series is about natural cooking. It alludes to the natural elegance of the Hexagon shape, often found in nature, for example the honeycomb. The steel is high quality Swedish Sandvik 12C27 Stainless steel and the wood is natual Teak wood. The series include seven knives - all with different purpose and character. The range include three large 7.5in knives; a chef knife, bread knife and slicing knife. There is a smaller 6in Chef knife, a fish filleting knife, a deba knife and a 4in pairing knife.
