The Kuroi Hana Tsuki set consists of an herb and a beak knife. The herb knife has a crescent shaped blade in order to finely chop herbs. The beak knife is an indispensable tool for peeling but also for intricate carving in decorative cooking. They each feature immaculate 67 layer construction from Japanese AUS10 steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and incredible sharpness. The blades are hand-etched by skilled artisans to create the uniquely stunning "Black Flower" effect.
