The Ceramic Lime Paring Knife is carbonized and has a futuristically designed handle finished in lime and soft-touch rubber. The range was designed and developed by contemporary London designer Christian Bird who dreamed of constructing a knife for the discerning home chef.

Ceramic blades are engineered from zirconium oxide and carbide formed under 300 tons of pressure and a temperature of 1400C. Belgravia knives remain piercing for years without need for sharpening.
