This ceramic range consists of five carbonized ceramic knives that have a futuristically designed handle finished in soft-touch rubber. The range was designed and developed by contemporary London designer Christian Bird who dreamed of constructing a knife for the discerning home chef.

Ceramic blades are second to diamond in hardness for tireless kitchen companions. Engineered from zirconium oxidecarbide, 300 tons of pressure, and a temperature of 1400C, Belgravia knives stay sharp for years.
