An elegant and battle-ready version of the classic medieval longsword, The Duellist - Oakeshott Xva Longsword is optimized for thrusting attacks. It's fitted with a ribbed leather grip and leather scabbard, as well as a refined twist pommel.
All of Dynasty Forge's European swords are hand-forged (not stamped or CNC'ed) by the same craftsmen that make their Japanese arms. The fullers are carved and burnished by hand for crisp and accurate lines. Forging allows the smiths to control the cross-sectional geometry to provide the proper stiffness of a cut and thrust blade.
