Featuring a stout blade, the The Archduke - Oakeshott XVI is built for regal intimidation and raw cutting power. The wide blade is balanced by twin fullers, with textured leather grip and a burgundy brown leather scabbard.

All of Dynasty Forge's European swords are hand-forged (not stamped or CNC'ed) by the same craftsmen that make their Japanese arms. The fullers are carved and burnished by hand for crisp and accurate lines. Forging allows the smiths to control the cross-sectional geometry to provide the proper stiffness of a cut and thrust blade.
