The Floating Vaurien is a handsome lounger with an outer covering made from recovered sails and a sturdy interior fibre glass batten frame with foam filling. Its unique shape and design make it very comfortable as the curve of its vertex supports the head. It also provides shade and protection from the wind whether it's used on the water or as a backyard chaise.

About the Designer
The Dvelas design team is a collaboration between architects, designers, and a sail manufacturer. Their passion for sailing, design and beauty meets in the way that they create rustic, functional furniture from recycled materials. Spanish architects Esperanza and Enrique Kahle, designer Arraitz Koch and sail manufacturer Borja Fuentes are at the heart of what makes Dvelas.
