With a silky and soft touch, the Russian hat holds a concealed elastic band sized to fit most men. Thoughtfully designed, the 4" crown height can be easily adjusted by rolling the elastic band inside. Satin-lined, the Russian Hat has the easy-care bonus of machine wash/dry flat.
