Don Julio 1942 Tequila Añejo is a premium tequila made from 100% blue agave and aged for a minimum of two and a half years in American white oak barrels. This process gives it a smooth, complex flavor with a deep golden color and a rich, sweet aroma featuring notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied with flavors of cooked agave, oak, and spice. The long, smooth finish is rounded off with a hint of sweetness. Don Julio 1942 Tequila Añejo is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
