The newest version of Decibullz' most popular custom molded earphones, the Contour Customs feature a better sound, better seal, and better fit. The Decibullz earbuds are easily and quickly molded to the unique shape of your ears. This creates a perfect fitting and noise-isolating headphone that will never hurt and never fall out.

The design of the Decibullz Contour Custom Molded Earphones makes it easy for users to create a perfect-fitting and great sounding earphone. They've combined their unique molding material with a specially selected silicone tip. The soft tip aligns the earphone in the ear canal and creates a comfortable, sound-isolating seal; this tip works in conjunction with the molding material, that conforms to the concha to keep the earphone secure and comfortable. The molding material also creates a second seal for better sound and greater noise isolation. These new earphones have a very low profile so they can be easily used with hats and helmets.

The Decibullz system makes molding your custom earphones extremely easy. Simply heat the thermoplastic molds in a cup of water in the microwave, snap on your earphones, and shape the molds to the unique shape of your ears.The molding material stays pliable at slightly above room temperature for several minutes. This allows it to be placed into the ear and molded safely.

Kyle Kirkpatrick

Kyle Kirkpatrick is a fitness professional by day and a designer by night. His two worlds collided with the invention of Decibullz, a unique custom molded earphone system that you can use at home. Kirkpatrick consulted audio engineers, material specialists and high-level athletes to develop and test hundreds of designs, formulas and prototypes in order to create an easy system that requires no training or specialists. In 2014, he won a CES Design and Veneering award for his Contour Earphone. Kirkpatrick is currently working on designs and ideas for the new Decibullz hearing protection line.
