At Garrison Brothers Distillery, bourbon is more than just whiskey. Their bourbon is made from corn-to-cork, one barrel at a time in Hye, Texas. It's handcrafted from a sweet blend of food-grade corn, soft red winter wheat from local farms, and two row barley. It's then placed in new American oak barrels to absorb all those delicious flavors. For Garrison Brothers, life is simply too short to waste on inferior whiskey.

The Small Batch Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey has everything rich and good bourbon has to offer, without the bite. It's amber-crimson in color like the Texas sunset, and darker, richer, and fuller than other bourbons on the market. As it matures, it cycles through the wood's pores and soaks up all the sugars, yielding an aroma full of butterscotch, nutmeg, and vanilla. Notes of fruit dominate the palate with hints of butter, whipped cream, angel food cake, and oak. The finish is smooth with notes of chocolate and espresso. It's a true force of flavors.
