Inspired by vintage aviation design, the Aviator Keyboard features a sleek, yet industrial look. Brushed aluminum outlines a gorgeous display of signature typewriter style keys. Three sapphire blue jewel indicators shine brightly against a premium black leather face, capturing the illusion of being at the controls.
At the heart of every Datamancer keyboard are electronics chosen for their superior quality and adaptability. German engineered Cherry MX blue mechanical switches are used on each keyboard. These keyswitches feature a tactile click reminiscent of a vintage typewriter, and are rated for 50 million keystrokes.
The keycaps replicate the feeling of using an old fashioned typewriter, and each key is wrapped in a metal housing and includes lettering that will never fade from wear.
A continuation of the design philosophy of the Aviator keyboard, the Aviator Display features a rigid yet lightweight brushed aluminum construction with a subtle black leather backing. Its contemporary yet artful layout lends its self to the values of simplicity, refinement, and innovation.
Size may vary between 22″-24″ and the monitor will support at least one of the standard VGA/DVI/HDMI formats. The LCD is also built in such a way that the potential exists for the panel to be replaced with another screen at some point in the future if repairs or upgrades are needed. Since LCDs have no standardization from brand to brand, each LCD from Datamancer is basically a “one-off," so there will be subtle differences from the LCD in the photo. Button panels may appear differently, and some structural elements may vary slightly.
