CRŪ Winery began as a dream shared by long-time friends and entrepreneurs Richard Spencer and Mike Conway. In 2003, they purchased several wine-making assets, invested in the refurbishment of an abandoned processing facility in Madera, CA, and began to source grapes from some of California’s finest appellations. This selection of central coast wines showcases CRŪ's commitment and love for high-quality winemaking.

Just 5.4 miles from the Pacific Ocean, Edna Valley is the coolest growing region in all of California. The ocean's influence creates an unusually long growing season and allows the fruit in the vineyards to ripen to their full potential while still preserving their lively acidity. CRŪ's 2020 Paragon Vineyard Albarino is a lovely example of how aging in stainless steel brings out the true essence of the wine. Natural fresh fruit intensifies rhe zingy flavors of grapefruit and lemon. Bright acidity is prevalent throughout and beautifully balanced with notes of mango and slate that lead to a lemon-lime finish. This wine is the perfect companion to seafood.
