The Hip & Core System combines training and equipment for everything you need to strengthen the legs, core, and glutes. It's used to warm-up for workouts and runs and to rehab lower back, hip, and knee pain. It can also be used as a stand alone workout program.
The system is ready to use right out of the box, and is supplied with detailed instructions and videos through the handy exercise chart and online training platformāĀ The Training Zone. This online resource is packed full of videos explaining every exercise you can do with the Hip & Core System, as well as modifications.
Each Hip & Core System includes a high quality resistance circle called the Hip HALO. It provides smooth and fluid tension to better target the deep hip and core stabilizers. It's effective and easy to use, just step into the loop and position it around the thighs or ankles. The foam padding provides comfort and contours to the legs to stay in place while you're moving.

Our programs are big supersets designed for warm-ups and accessory work, so for most active adults, the Red (medium) resistance is the best choice. But an experienced weightlifter who plans to use this for single sets of 8-10 reps and primary focus is strength, then the blue (heavy) is a better option.
